We are providing a variety of services for presentation and advocacy to meet our clients' needs. A representative shall carry out the activities to protect the rights, freedom and legal interests of the person being represented within the scope of law and rights specified in the power of attorney. Power of a representative shall be determined by the power of attorney and other authorization documents compiled according to law and made in writing with the person being represented.
Power of representation of an attorney to participate in the case proceedings shall be determined by the request of the party receiving legal assistance. In representing a citizen or legal entity, on contractual basis, the attorney shall take all measures specified by law to protect the rights, freedom and legal interests of the person being represented and is obliged to provide required legal assistance and to assist in determining the objective facts of the case.
Transactions may be concluded through a representative. The representative's authority shall be created in accordance with law or on the basis of a power of attorney issued by a client to our lawyer. Our lawyer shall be liable to carry out the authorized activity issued by a power of attorney.
Our authorized agent represents applicant-citizen or applicant-legal entity in the Authority for Intellectual Property or component authority of Mongolia within the scope of the rights issued by applicant-client, and applicable national laws and international laws, treaty and convetion ratified by Mongolian People's Republic.
At the request of a Mongolian citizen who lives abroad and under the POA and agreement for representation in court made by and between him/her and our attorney, we represent him/her in court or in the authority to protect his/her violated rights and interests in property and family matters in Mongolia.
On contractual basis, a legal entity shall participate in case proceedings through its representative designed by our office. Authorized representative of a legal entity shall present to the court a power of attorney certifying his/her official position or a legal assistance agreement authorizing to act as representative by a client.
