An individual or legal entity who wishes to register its intellectual property, we will prepare an application and other documents required by law on your behalf and submit it to the Authority for Intellectual Property in Ulaanbaatar. A fee shall be paid in the amount specified in applicable Law of Mongolia, when issuing a trademark certificate or extending the validity period of registration for trademark.
Our autorized lawyers represent clients in all kind of business meeting or litigation related to activities of ensuring the legal guarantees for trademarks, service marks, collective mark, certification mark and geographical indication protecting the rights and legitimate interests of their owners and users, and the ownership, use and disposal of trademarks, in addition to search report and drafting license agreement.
Our authorized lawyers represent own clients (author, copyright holder, artist, producer and broadcasting organization) in which individual or organization, business meeting or proceeding related to activities of implementation and protection of copyrights and related rights related to scientific, literary, and artistic works. We also make an agreement for Succession and Transfer of exclusive right to use the work, as well as agreement of use or rent the related rights protected by laws.
As a patent agent, our lawyers shall submit application for your patent of invention and utility model to the Authority for Intellectual Property under the power of attorney granted by our client. Foreign citizen or foreign legal entity who does not reside permanently in Mongolia or is not engaged in activities in Mongolia shall be represented through intellectual property agent when filing an application for patent of invention and utility model. The client may request for priority right.
Representing any apllicant in the Authority for Intellectual Property or Court in Mongolia
Our authorized agent represents applicant-citizen or applicant-legal entity in the Authority for Intellectual Property or component authority of Mongolia within the scope of the rights issued by applicant-client, and applicable national laws and international laws, treaty and convetion ratified by Mongolian People's Republic.
